Gym Membership is non Transferable.

Facilities and services may change without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect the terms of my membership agreement.

I fully understand I am solely responsible for any damage which I may cause to the gym facilities, services, products or equipment, if such damage is caused by my willful act and/or negligence.
